Best Acupuncturist on the South Shore!
My name is Mary Egan, I’m a practicing acupuncturist in Massachusetts. I attended New England School of Acupuncture where I attained a master’s degree in acupuncture. I have worked with Tom Tam and Paul Fraser, the former a well noted healer and acupuncturist and the latter a respected acupuncturist. I have been licensed through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and recognized as a diplomat in acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture.
I have more than 25 years’ experience in the medical field as a diagnostic sonographer with a focus on maternal fetal medicine (high-risk OBGYN) and fertility treatment. I have served as the director of education for Dr. Beryl Benacerraf, teaching midwives, residents, fellows and physicians. This experience helped me understand both the immense benefits and limitations within western medicine.
Using this experience, I combine eastern and western approaches in each acupuncture treatment for a unique and effective experience. I apply my experience as a Tui Na therapist, Qi Gong instructor, and Tong Ren therapist and instructor to each treatment to ensure the best quality of care. My primary focus includes fertility and pregnancy care.
